CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to be able to enjoy life sharing other cultures, other lifestyles, other views of the world. I love to travel and learn about other cultures also sharing mine.

ABOUT ME

I´m a Brazilian living in the USA for the past 5 years and a half, who gave up my business career and came to the US to pursue my culinary dream.

I love languages (I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, a little French and Italian) and I´m also a BIG FAN of other cultures, always open to learn from them, meaning that I LOVE to travel as well.

I've gotten a BA degree as an executive assistant and a post-graduate in mkt, both in Brazil. I like so much to cook that I've being taken some culinary classes here and there and I found out that actually I´m passionate about it and one of my goals here in the USA is being the pursuit of this passion of mine, so I´m back to college in the hospitality and food industry. Also I´ve been taking culinary and pastry classes and I also do a lot of volunteering for those classes. No better way to learn and keep in touch with my passion. =D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gave up my predictable business career in Brazil and come to live in another country, another culture, all by myself with just a dream in my luggage. It takes a lot of balls to give up a pretty stable and comfortable life to go for your dream.
