Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In our old apartment we hosted several couchsurfers. In our new one, we unfortunately do not have enough room for more than one surfer anymore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

"Le retournement des morts" in Madagascar: A religious ritual on the countryside in Andriambilany, where all 5 years all the deads in a grave are gotten out of the grave and wrapped in a new linen cloth. Of course, it did not depend at all how long they have been dead..
Running down an enormous sand dune in the Sahara desert in the middle of the night at full moon. The moon and the stars were so light that you could still tell the color of the sand.
