Nice to meet you. I am originally from Yokohama and Tokyo in Japan and have spent quite a while in overseas for working, ( worked in Canada, Vancouver and Toronto.) studying ( studied and worked in Australia and Hong Kong. This is my first time travelling to Europe and I am already very enjoying my time here and my trip has been amazing! The only thing missing in my trip is to meet local people as I have been only staying in a hotel / hostel every day, so I thought couch surfing experience will be a great opportunity to meet nice local people. I am down to earth, easy going, happy and responsible person.

I can give you yoga and meditation class as exchange if you are seriously interested in Yoga only. Ideally doing yoga at a park or garden in nature is the best to connect with your inner soul. My type of yoga is traditional Hatha yoga ( I have been trained in India.) You don't need to be flexible, the most important thing in yoga is breathing. If you need deep relaxation or seeking for a peace of mind, free from stress, then welcome to my yoga class.
I can also give you Japanese language exchange, Japanese cooking lesson and some travel tips if you wish.
