i am moving to medellin to live, i am hoping to start something new in my life

ABOUT ME

i have lived in london all my life i love the city but feel its time to start something new. i have travelled around south america for 6 months now and have decided to set up a life in medellin to start work and make new friends. i like to be pro active but i have had to stop playing physical sports as i have a bad knee which is a big blow for me as football was my life...and now need surgery! so i am looking to spend my time doing new things meeting new people and sharing lusts for life with other people in medellin whether toursits or locals. i like pretty much doing everything and dont like being stuck in my house so hope to be very active in medellin like i am in london!

PHILOSOPHY

do what you like when you like, dont hold back if you want to do something go ahead, impatients is a virtue they got it wrong when they said patient is a virtue! seeze the day, eat a lot, but try not to get too fat. dont spend your whoe life wondering what would of happened.... do it! and be kind and others will be kind back to you, and if they aren't they aren't worth the bother!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i made my account in september or so and forgot about it until my friend from ireland who i ahve been travelling around with told me about it now.. in late april! then i remembered i had an account but have met many people already involved in couch surfing who have told me many good thing and what there are great people there are to meet and socialise with so hope to share their positive experiences!!!!!!!!!!!

Interests

i like first of all talking to people and meeting people, but my first love is football! however it doesn't dictate my life i love reading table tennis, swimming, relaxing, going to the cinema. EATING, partying a lot! drinking on the weekends and thursdays if i cant wait for friday! photography but i think my camera is broken! sounds cheesy but looking at the stars when there are loads of them as london is pretty terrible for stars. lying in the sun. drinking VERY cold drinks in the park or ice cream (tell me where i can buy white chocolate or mascarpone ice cream in medellin and i will be your best friend)

love all movies. like reading about neauto linguistic programming, and how to think positivly. the occasional novel, before didn't like reading so much but since i have been in south america have started to read a lot more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

watching arsenal go a season without losing 1 game in the league... sitting for the first time on copacabana beach... living in a favela in rio de janeiro. and some other crazy stuff which you will have to ask me!
