Hi there! I'm Renata, a Belarusian psychotherapist, traveler, and lifelong explorer of the human naturel. My journey has been shaped by both the challenges I've faced and the passions I've pursued.

A few years ago, I stood up against dictatorship in my home country, which ultimately led me to leave Belarus. Since then, I’ve lived in Georgia for two years and spent another year immersed in the vibrant culture of Bali. These experiences have deeply enriched my worldview, fueling my love for meaningful conversations and human connection.

As a psychotherapist, I work online with clients worldwide, helping people navigate life’s complexities. I’m endlessly fascinated by art, literature, arthouse cinema, and the intricacies of human nature. I believe in the beauty of depth, and I find joy in exploring both the visible and invisible layers of life.

I hold two degrees and have always cherished intellectual and creative pursuits. Growing up, I spent many summers in Italy, a country that still holds a special place in my heart. Those experiences shaped my aesthetic sensibilities and taught me to appreciate life’s elegance and nuance. I speak Italian fluently and carry a piece of Italy’s artistic soul wherever I go.

While I’m curious about the spiritual aspects of life, I approach them with a grounded perspective—seeking wisdom without dogma. I also don’t drink alcohol.

I enjoy classical music and have a deep love for opera. My Spotify playlists are incredibly diverse, and my friends often ask me to curate music for evenings because they believe I have great taste.

Reading and books are an essential part of my life. I enjoy exploring works by Nobel Prize laureates as well as professional literature in the field of psychotherapy. Two of my favorite books are The Magic Mountain by Thomas Mann and Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy.

Cinema holds a special place in my heart. I've been passionate about arthouse films since I was 18. Back in Belarus, my homeland, I co-organized indie film screenings with a projector, creating a space to appreciate auteur cinema. I deeply admire directors like Lars von Trier, Paolo Sorrentino, David Lynch, Ingmar Bergman, Krzysztof Kieślowski, and many other visionary filmmakers who craft truly unique works of art.

I have a spirit of adventure that harmonizes beautifully with my love for peace and relaxation. I constantly find myself doing things that surprise even me, yet I always stay true to myself, my principles, and my values.

Some of the remarkable things I’ve done include rescuing a cat on Christmas, nursing him back to health, and finding him a loving family. I moved to the other side of the world—to Bali—without really knowing how life there would unfold. I hiked Mount Ijen, climbing through the night and descending into its crater to witness its mesmerizing blue flames. I also organized a therapeutic group for women, creating a safe and empowering space for exploration and growth.

These experiences have shaped me, blending curiosity, courage, and compassion in everything I do.
