ABOUT ME

I'm Brazilian, 21 years old, and i'm currently in an exchange program in Portugal (Braga).
I consider myself to be quiet but not boring. I like to talk and I also like to understand the way other people see life in its different perspectives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started using couchsurfing this year at the beginning of my exchange in Portugal. At the moment I can host anyone, because I live in the residence of the university :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have little experience in CS, but no less significant. I lived incredible days in Morocco, made very special friends and learned a LOT!
The experience of couchsurfing is wonderful, it's always a surprise that goes far beyond your expectations.

Interests

I'm really curious and I like to pay attention in the different cultures ans personalities, and actually, I learn lots of things by doing that.

Music, Movies, and Books

Brasilian music (Samba, Bossa Nova), Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After a week of travel in Morocco, our last stop was Madrid. Upon arriving at the airport we discovered that our flight back to Portugal had been canceled and we would need to sleep two nights in Madrid.
Because of this, my friends and I could see the general strike in Spain.
It was a beautiful experience, everyone was on the streets: parents with children, teenagers, elderly ...
The city was beautiful, full of posters and banners, and everybody singing songs of protest and fighting for their rights!
And protests lasted all day...
I think this was the best way to know Madrid and the Spanish people.
