ABOUT ME

I live in Amsterdam. I enjoy doing all kinds of creative things (pottery, painting, silversmithing), traveling and yoga. Last year [2023] I became a yoga teacher. I’m very much into Yin style practices.
I travel a lot with my boyfriend, we love exploring together.

[Below is my info of a long time ago, when I was a very active couchsurfer. Now I’m back after many years!]

I've enjoyed traveling ever since I can remember. Before I graduated [2012] I traveled a lot in South America, Asia and Southern Europe. In 2014 and 2015 I made trips to the US. Now I'm more focused on working... saving some money to hopefully travel again :-). With my friends I enjoy eating, talking and watching movies together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I’m back on Couchsurfing because I’m planning to travel in Europe with a long time friend from South America. We hope to meet some lovely people during a trip in central Europe.

[Before 2012]
I surfed couches in Argentina and Brazil and got involved in the local CS communities. I've also surfed in the Netherlands a few times. I had a great experience every time and met many welcoming hosts and fellow travelers. I hosted some amazing people in Amsterdam until I moved to a place where I'm no longer able to host people. Right now just available for coffee/drink.

Interests

Traveling, (acro) yoga, movies, cooking & baking, salsa, tango, languages, books, psychology, anthropology, arts, sleeping....

Movies: jamon jamon, 500 days of summer, vicky christina barcelona, match point, there will be blood, cidade dos homens, the kingdom, carne tremula, la mala educacion, los abrazos rotos, le science des reves, bright star, and more.
Books: the unbearable lightness of being, the witch of portobello,
everything is illuminated, daughter of the jungle, blackberry winter, cloaca, etc.
Music: loungy electronical stuff, all sorts of latin latin american, african, pop, classical, fado, fusion, etc.
