After finishing my civil engineering degree in Brazil, I went to the Arctic to take a masters degree, living in Greenland and Svalbard for 2 years. Guess what I really like doing? Working as a volunteer around the world. I tried the 9 to 5 life for 1 year after finishing my studies but just couldn't take it, life is too short for that kind of sacrifice. I saved as much money as I could during that period and the plan is to survive with that as long as possible while volunteering in different countries. I'm now in Estonia, in Ahunapalu area volunteering at a tourism company that provide a few tours such as dog sledding, canoeing, berry picking, wild camping etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tough one, I prefer to say a period instead of a genre when talking about music: 70's to late 90's. But I of course like some of the new artists and some billboard hits. I love watching movies and TV series, if I can mention only one of each, I would say Guardians of the Galaxy and The Office.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw polar bears while snowscootering on sea ice. I'm also trained to protect myself/ourselves from a polar bear encounter, so no worries.
