About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live free or die hard! (John McClane FTW!!)

ABOUT ME

On first sight I can seem shy and quite, but I am actually easy-going and quite talkative once I get to talking to the person. I'm also a very good listener and really enjoy listening to what people have to say, their stories and thoughts on life... that may be related to me being a psychologist!! =P

I'm always up to going out, trying new things and meeting new people. I've had a "big change" in my life in 2011 and that's when I realised how great it is to be opened to new experiences and to be surrounded by the most amazing variety of people who can share their knowledge and way of seeing stuff, making life a lot more enjoyable.

PHILOSOPHY

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? (...) Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine. (...) It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I can't host but since I'll be having my own flat soon I intend to do so. For now I want to get to know other CSers and try to participate on some events!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm still new in CS but my girlfriend has introduced me to this world and I'm keen on finding out more about it!!

Interests

I like playing video games and games in general (board or card games) and I consider games to be a nice ice-breaker. I enjoy travelling and I'd like to learn some new languages!!

Plus, I enjoy playing sports and I used to play a lot of football (as all Brazilians!

Cooking is definitely one of my hobbies and I love learning new recipes and techniques.
