I'm a 27 happy man, I'm working in gastronomics restaurants in Belgium since nearly 10 years, I really love my job, and gastronomy in general !

I'm going out of what I know, I want to explore differents places and meet new people and of course discover new food products or technics ! I'm respectuous, organised and polite, I will do my best to be a perfect guest :)
