ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing, even-tempered, fly by the set of my pants, go with the flow kind of girl. I'm an introvert/extrovert. Yes! I love learning and being a student. I enjoy traveling, eating good food, making new connections, and exploring. I have an amazing wife who is the one and only love of my life, and 2 adult children ages 24 and 27, and 4 grandchildren.

I Love learning. I love being outside or inside near a big window. I love Christmas time (lights and trees), the mountains, snow, warm blankets, fires, and snuggling with my wife. like to be productive, helping people and being resourceful. I tend to make the best of things no matter where I am, who I'm with, or what I'm doing. I enjoy new experiences and making memories. I would love to learn more about food, gardening and cooking, homesteading, making pottery, and more.
Other special interests: Health and wellness, mental health, relationship dynamics, Goodwill/thrift shopping.

Comedy, kid/family. Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks movies, musicals, and documentaries.
I am not much of a reader of books instead I like to read articles online or in magazines about things I am interested in. I can enjoy most music except heavy metal and rap about sex, drugs, killing and such negative things. My favorite is 70s and 80s music, like Queen, Abba, Bruce Springsteen, Heart, Madonna, Prince, Guns and Roses, Def-Leppard, Joan Jett, Elton John, and many more.

Had my first child naturally after 75 mins of labor, less than 40 mins after getting to the hospital. The emergency room doctor was called to come "catch" him because my Ob Doc was not there yet.
After 15 years of doing hair, I started nursing school and got my BSN at 43. Then went back to school again and got my MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC at 47.
