About Me

I'm Zoe, from Kerala, India. I'm passionate about exploring new cultures and meeting people from all over the world.

Over the last couple of years I have been immersed in learning and practicing the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu.

I enjoy hiking, cycling, kayaking, art, culture, nature, movies, and reading. I love trying out local dishes and learning about different culinary traditions.

As a host, I'll do my best to make you feel at home and show you around my city.

As a guest, I'm respectful, tidy, and always up for a good chat.

Looking forward to connecting with like-minded travelers and share stories and experiences!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a remote rural village in the Kutch desert, was an experience that opened my eyes to a completely new way of life. Stayed with a local family in their traditional dwelling, known as Bhunga. This unique type of mud house is built in a circular shape with a thatched roof and is designed to withstand the harsh weather conditions of the region.
I had the privilege of cooking with them and learning about their daily routines. I played with the children and saw firsthand how their upbringing was different from what I had experienced.

The experience was humbling. It was a reminder that there is always more than what meets the eye.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been fortunate to backpack through various regions of India, immersing myself in the unique cultures and traditions of each place. My experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the diversity and richness of this incredible country. Let's learn from each other and make our journeys even more fulfilling and enriching.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy engaging in thoughtful conversations about a variety of topics, from travel to culture to current events.

As a business strategist, I have a knack for identifying opportunities and turning ideas into actionable plans. If you're an enterprising person or brimming with ideas, I can help channel them and perhaps even contribute resources from my network.

I can also share some of my favorite Indian recipes with my hosts and even cook a meal together if they're interested!
