Over the last couple of years I have been immersed in learning and practicing the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu.

I enjoy hiking, cycling, kayaking, art, culture, nature, movies, and reading. I love trying out local dishes and learning about different culinary traditions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in a remote rural village in the Kutch desert, was an experience that opened my eyes to a completely new way of life. Stayed with a local family in their traditional dwelling, known as Bhunga. This unique type of mud house is built in a circular shape with a thatched roof and is designed to withstand the harsh weather conditions of the region.
I had the privilege of cooking with them and learning about their daily routines. I played with the children and saw firsthand how their upbringing was different from what I had experienced.

The experience was humbling. It was a reminder that there is always more than what meets the eye.

I have been fortunate to backpack through various regions of India, immersing myself in the unique cultures and traditions of each place.
