About Me
"To see a World in a Grain of Sand..."
I was born in a small town (Veszprém) in 1990 and moved to Budapest in 2009 because of the university. I finished it in 2015 as environmental engineer, from that time I work at an engineering service company. I live in Budapest's 11th district in a nice apartment.
I love horses, I started the horse riding in 1999 and still doing it. I love the mountains, the fields, the forests... I feel really alive when I'm hiking or riding in the nature.
I love travelling and the journey never ends. The more place I've visited, the more new place I'd like to discover. I like to visit different cities and cultures, but the best when I discover the foreign countrysides... that's really amazing.
I am really interested in the environment protection. I think the climate change and the other environmental problems, so all of the ecological crisis is one of the most serious problem which the 21st century's people have to solve. I try to live my life in accordance with the sustainability as I can. I was a volunteer for a green civil organization for more than 3 years.
I really like also music and other arts. I played the piano for 4 years, I love the swing, jazz, blues, soul, funky type of music. I learned some painting (I love Vincent van Gogh's and Leonid Afremov's paintings!) and photography. I love to take special photos wherever I travel.
I enjoy many sports in addition to horse riding. I play volleyball, I can skiing, I run sometimes, swim every week and cycling in the city every day (30 km per day). I go everywhere in Budapest by bike for more than 6 years and I love it. That is the best way to keep yourself fit (both summer and winter) and admire the beautiful town while you are travelling.
When I am not at the work, I spend my time with my friends or family... and do what I love, enjoy my great life as mush as I can. That is the real meaning of life, I guess.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travel to foreign countries. It's amazing to see the different cities, cultures, landscape, nature and know foreign people, their life and habits. In the last few years I had the pleasure to travel a lot of places. Sometimes I just go to visit a city for a few days and come home, but the best when I have the chance to spend more time somewhere and travel all around in the country. I think the couchsurfing system is the best way of travelling and accomodation, you can meet foreign people, know their life and appartments, and moreover it is really cheap (which is not a negligible aspect).
