ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm originally from the UK but moved to France after uni. I got a stable job and tried to travel as much as possible during work holidays but always dreamed of leaving everything behind and travelling the world. So after 5 years of the daily grind I finally plucked up the courage to quit my job, sell most of my possessions and get on a plane to China! I'm staying in Beijing for 2 months and then plan to travel round as much of Asia, Aus and NZ as possible until the money runs out!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to Couchsurfing but I love the philosophy behind it - it's a great way to meet new people, integrate with the locals and also to give back - anyone who is kind enough to host me will be very welcome to come stay with me in London (once I have a flat)!

The Inca trail in Peru was hard work but amazing! However my top travel highlight has to be seeing orangutans in Borneo - I absolutely love these creatures!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I'm a keen musician and started learning the bass guitar a few years ago so I'm happy to teach or play with anyone. I also speak French if anyone is keen to learn or practice that. Otherwise I'm an open minded person always happy to share travel tips and keen to learn about new countries, cultures and places.
