Welcome to Stavanger! I live in a cozy apartment in Stavanger Øst, just a 10-minute walk from the city center and right by the sea. My neighborhood is a vibrant area full of parks, shops, cafes, and bars—perfect for exploring.

I share my home with a small, shy, but friendly dachshund, so it’s important that you’re comfortable around dogs. Depending on my schedule, I’d love to show you around the city, join you for a hike, or simply relax with some food and a beer. Meeting people from around the world and learning about different cultures is one of the best parts of hosting—it feels like traveling without leaving home, and it often leads to lasting friendships.

I work a regular Monday-to-Friday job, so I appreciate if guests plan to explore during the day when I’m out. Occasionally, I work from home and might need access to the guestroom, which doubles as my office. Communication is key—I kindly ask that you keep me updated about your arrival time and plans, and let me know if anything changes.
