This is important, for me, as a traveler - I'm totally allergic to cats. I love animals, but no cats please. Dogs are sometimes OK. My dog doesn't make me allergic, but some dogs do.

PHILOSOPHY

If I like you, I'll be curious and I'll want to know more. If I don't like you, I won't talk to you. I get more time to work and to play when I keep my own mouth shut. Other than that, I'm here, let's play. Work hard and don't take this too seriously. I like to learn new jokes, the most outrageous ones I can remember, and recite them at 100% inappropriate times. Frankly I think that making my friends laugh at exactly the wrong times is pretty much the best use of my time possible. If you give me your phone number I'll use it to txt you jokes in the middle of the night.

I've met a couple of people through CS that eventually found their way into my circle of friends...so far it's been really good

Interests

Events, I love doing events, meeting new people, and just experiencing the event, whether it's a party, or a wedding, or a production, it's a group of people coming together for some common goal. And I love it. Every single time I throw a party I ask myself why I do it...after all, it's much, much easier to drink other peoples' beer. But I can't help it, I want to be involved.

I love music. I like events and people so being a DJ and an MC is a good job for me. I'm forever telling my friends "Check this...I have a song for you." I especially enjoy doing this when I have a captive audience.

I like to cook, and specifically, to grill and barbecue...they're different things after all. Right tool for the job. I like to dance to good music with good people.

Outdoors - I like being outdoors. I also like vanilla ice cream but one doesn't have anything to do with the other. Fishing, hiking, camping, etc.

Sports and all kinds of physical activity. Snowboarding, soccer, dance, tree climbing, pillow fights

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now...I'm going through a funk and soul phase. Rock, blues, hip hop, soul. Soundgarden, Morcheeba, Joe Satriani. 3Oh!3, Sublime, The White Stripes, 311. Malcolm Gladwell books are a good way to spend time. I mostly read nonfiction because I wanna know stuff. Movies...Anything by Pixar. I like good quality comic book movies. I like action movies too, and kung fu.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: cooking, barbecuing, grilling. I like to do events and parties, and I can probably help you with yours. I'm mechanical enough to fix most of the parts in my car. I'm a DJ (mostly I do weddings) and I can show you how to put together a playlist. I do a little dance - a little salsa, a little swing, and a little blues.

Learning: right now, I want to learn how to surf...preferably somewhere warm and sunny. If you know how, or know a good place for me to learn, I'd love to know.
