Recently finished my master’s in a field I am passionate about, and blessed to be living in Berlin.

I love to laugh and make others laugh. I enjoy dancing, art, and good food. But I also love to learn about world events, history, human nature, and environmental nature, and believe that I will never really get old as long as I remain curious about life and keep growing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet locals who can tell or show me the real underbelly of their area. I want to learn about the true culture of the places I visit and hopefully get a taste myself. I also hope to make new friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I grew up in a musical family so it runs in my blood. I listen to all kinds, but especially music I can sing along to since I love to sing, emulating the voices of jazz greats.
All time favorites include Amy Winehouse, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, Lauryn Hill, No Doubt, dancing to some Sergio Mendes

Movies: I love to quote comedies is like Zoolander, Mean Girls, Austin Powers, and animated stuff like Rise of the Guardians always makes me happy

Books: I can be a book nerd 🤓 love getting wrapped up in eloquent, thoughtful, philosophic stories, but also enjoy adventures and all kinds of books. Please recommend some of your favorite books!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Studied abroad in South Africa where I volunteered in a children's home, and slept outside in a wildlife reserve while wildebeests and rhinos roamed around 🍃🐗

Just soaking in the amazing moments that happen everyday!

I'm a great listener and love sharing stories and conversation. I often ask lots of questions because I'm truly curious. I really believe stories shape what we perceive and who we are. One of my favorite things is cooking together with friends, sharing stories, and dancing all night 💃🏽
