About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To conquer the world and spread the Rhiann love.

ABOUT ME

I grew up all over the Middle East, constantly moving and whatnot, so as a result I have grown a habit of wanting to globe hop!
Right now though, I'm a poor student so my prospects are glum when it comes to epic travels.

I think I;m pretty cool to be honest, but doesnt everyone think that of themselves? I promise I wont destroy your house, or you, if you let me stay :) This is a new concept for me, and when I save up the money for my journeys I will probably have a partner in crime who will be equally as cool.

PHILOSOPHY

Regrets are mistakes you haven't learned from.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarentino and Danny Boyle films.
I could listen to just about any type of music, but you'll find me in the electro room most of the time.
The books I read are normally quite easy on the brain, but I did study English Lit in school and enjoyed it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For myself I think leaving home and coming to London on a whim by myself was the most adventurous and amazing thing I've done. Leaving the nest was never going to be hard, but without preparation I decided that London was the place for me and just went for it. I recommend anyone can do that, all you need is a nudge. Everytime i get the bus back I go over Westminister bridge, stare at the London Eye, and get that warm fuzzy feeling of accomplishment inside.

One of the most amazing things I have ever seen or done would be completing my Open Water diving course and playing Captain Planet with my instructor freeing the fish in the waters around the Burj al Arab. So surreal.

Also standing 'on the egde of the world' in Saudi. A couple of hours drive from Riyadh there are cliffs with a huge, sheer, drop onto a massive plain. The desert is dead and barren, and it honestly looks like you're on the edge of the world and nothing else lives beyond you. Again, very surreal.

I started snorkelling when I was young and lived in Oman, we used to travel for an hour or 2 off the coast of Muscat to remote islands and coves in the mountainous coastline. Sometimes I used to get scared of the rough seas in our tiny boat, even seasick, but one time i remember a school of dolphins kept up with the boat alongside us. They seemed to sing and dance to us, chasing us like a game, fascinated with us as we were to them! A 7 year old couldnt have been more comforted :)
