Overview
About Me
I'm a History and American Studies undergrad, currently in my third year, on a study abroad year in Knoxville, Tennessee!
Originally from north London, my family moved to Hertfordshire when I was 3 and I have been living there since. I go to the University of Nottingham which I love, I love being a student because I get to study cool things like Gay American History, Women and Social Change and Race and Ethnicity in Society!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and meeting new people but am on a tight student budget, so Couchsurfing seems like the perfect solution to saving some money while still getting to see some amazing places!
Interests
Yoga, listening to music and going to gigs and music festivals, travelling, looking at photos of places I want to go, good food, cooking and trying new restaurants, watching films and TV, supporting and fundraising for the charity Oxfam, studying cool things like the history of gender and sexuality and learning Spanish!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteered in a village in Southern Tanzania and helped with their sustainable agricultural programme. Was an amazing experience, I learned a lot about how small-scale farming can benefit a community and make it self-sufficient, and met some incredible people.
