ABOUT ME

I grew up in Montreal, Canada, a beautiful city full of beautiful people as well as a multicultural mosaic which openned me up to different cultures. I´ve lived in Spain for the past 11 years. I would say I´ve never been one to take the conventional path. Though I studied art and languages it became apparent to me early on that 9 to 5 living wasn´t for me. Hence I started my first business in my early twenties.
I think I´m a sociable guy who enjoys hanging out and getting to meet new people and also trying to learn a little about where they come from (or a little more if I´ve already been there). I´ve always felt that the biggest risk in life is not taking one and that fear should never stop us from following our dreams and pursuing new experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

See above in All About You. To follow up on the above, I believe that you only go around once...Don´t waste it! Life should be enjoyable and part of the joy is in developping and fulfilling ourselves as best we can doing whatever makes us happy, as well as appreciating, and hopefully reciprocating, the richness that other people bring into our lives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven´t done much on couchsurfing the last 3 or 4 years as circumstances haven´t been ideal, but I´m back in the game now, with a spare room in my flat. I think it is an amazing way to connect with people and share experiences in a way it wasn´t possible before. Truly an example of how internet is changing lives.

Interests

I am currently singing quite a bit and love to do jam sessions, and help out my musician friends when their vocalists have a cold ;)
I enjoy travelling, reading ( mostly fiction and historical fiction). Also try to stay in shape and live and eat healthy.
