I am a grade seven teacher and a mom of two beautiful children. I travel a lot with the kids' sports. The most important things in my life are my family and friends. I love my job but I don't let it take over my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel with my daughter's competitive dancing. We have to go to competitions and sometimes it gets costly. I want to be able to provide her with this opportunity. I also want her to see people doing good things for each other without asking for anything in return. I am renovating my basement and thinking about using the downstairs bedroom so I can host couch surfers too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done two mission trips to Nicaragua. These trips changed me forever....not because of the ways that I helped others but by the ways they helped me.
