All human beings are created equal. Never be a jerk and use that freedom to hurt others. Together we can create a world free of hatred and bigotry. Racist, sexist, and all other such bullshit have no place.
I'm an extremely social outgoing person. If I'm in a city alone I have no problems approaching random people at bars explaining I'm not from the city and asking if they mind if I join them for a beer.
Thats what I tend to do while I travel, a bit of bar hopping in order to meet people of different backgrounds and random adventures.
I'm an anarchist at heart. I believe all people are created equal and through working together we can make the world a better place. I have helped found a food not bombs in Saint John, NB.
I love science and technology. I love watching TED talks and Neil DeGrasse Tyson and all things space. I'm an avid reddit user.
I guess enjoy life wherever it takes you and never be boring.
I'm an atheist, but tolerant of all beliefs. As long as your belief allows you to be happy and not persecute or judge others to each their own.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have used couchsurfing to find a place to crash in Montreal and Portland, OR so far. Each time had a blast, so I try to show my guests as good as a time as I had to pass on the good karma.
Used couchsurfing in Budapest, but my host had to cancel, but was able to accompany me to a NOFX show.
I was couchsurfing in Montreal and got to do a voiceover for a movie (Random crowd cheering) and thanks to my loud Metal voice the guy moved me and I walked over to my new seat like a boss haha. I got to drink free beer and eat pizza with awesome people and the director of FUBAR.
My couchsurfing host in Portland joined me for a trip out to the pacific coast as a navigator.
Music, computers, electronics, and volunteering.
Music, Movies, and Books
Biographies political books, and I love comics. New captain america, hellboy, Y the last man, preacher, love comedians like Jim Jeffries. For movies I guess cult films, action flicks, independent movies, and horror flicks.
I love everything from Frank Sinatra to agoraphobic nosebleed. Punk, acoustic punk, folk punk, metal, heavy metal, hardcore, ska, old country like hank williams, some hip hop, lots of rap and lots of other genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As far as travelling? Hitchhiked to Montreal multiple times with friends and alone, also been to Houston, toronto and Portland, OR once. Met Jim Jeffries after a show.
Drove 9 hours in a car to visit Dimebag Darrell's grave to do a chalk overlay for myself and friends. Stupidly forgot to bring and CDs and was stuck with country, best of the 80s and christian talk radio. Had to rock best of the 80s for 9 hours. By hour 3 you're head bobbing, but by hour 8 you're fist pumping summer of 69 out a window.
Spread my grandfathers ashes in the UK with his family, met a woman in Iceland and joined her to France, bar hopped in Budapest, ended up at multiple after parties where almost no one spoke English, but they kept feeding me beer.
