Hello everyone,

I'm a pretty laid back guy that loves to hang out with people and share beers over a night of conversating, but I can go crazy on a night out as well. I am a really open person that loves to travel (duh), and meet new cultures and people to learn more myself and the world around me.

I used to play accordion on a high level and currently play bassguitar (I have also been in a studentband for 3 years, which has been an awesome experience since we got to perform like once a month for 80-400 people)

Right now I'm doing my Bachelor's in European Public Health, which I absolutely love! For my master's, I will probably go into Global Health / Disease Control & Prevention.

Last year I went to Japan for 3 weeks (for the first time) and I absolutely fell in love with the country and the culture. I will be going again this year and hope to find some couchsurf spots there, so I can learn even more about the culture and people!

Random facts about me:
- Coffee lover
- I consider myself a minimalist, but when I have my eyes set on buying something that I don't actually need, there is a high chance I might buy it anyway
- Has outbursts of creativity (suddenly will feel like painting)
- I don't really consider myself to be Dutch, rather more European

My favorite music is Space Rock/Electronic Rock/Indie, such as: Muse, Nothing But Thieves, Tame Impala, Foster The People, Radiohead, Incubus, and Alt-J. Recently I'm really into 80's music.

Movies....... so many to list. Currently my IMDb watchlist consists of 826 movies/series and still counting. Favourite actress: Zoe Kazan (might have a small crush on her), favourite actors: Daniel Radcliffe (he plays in so many great movies besides Harry Potter) and Ryan Reynolds (the guy was born to be Deadpool).
