Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

Nowadays I'm in erasmus in Poland. And I'm loving it. Being from the tail of Europe, for me its being a great way to know new places, new people and new cultures. But when I go travelling, for one day I find it awesome, but then i miss the part that I really enjoy. I miss the things that only people living in the place know, someone to show me whats amazing in the city and abut the city. To really know a society and a culture, you need to spend time and learn from someone that is really close to the culture.
Also I like to see other way of thinking, of living. I want to know people, learn from them, exchange ideas. That's one of the things i liked the most from my previous exchange experiences. To be received into someone's home and to receive someone to who why can show all about the wonderful things about Portugal.
In the mean time, I will more than happy to show bydgoszcz and what I've learned so far about the city to someone. Or, in a few months, I'll have a free couch and a great city to show in Portugal: Coimbra.

Interessi

My current major interest is to know places and people. The thing that I love the most about travelling is to get to know about the place. off course I like a good sightseeing, but what I really like are stories, tales, secretes, curiosities, etc. And recently, one of my goals it's learn more about our world history so travelling, for me, is being a great way to do it.
Other thing that I love is cooking, and I think I'm a really decent cooker. I love a good Mediterranean cuisine, but I love to try new cuisines. I like to experiment in the kitchen, to learn how to cook new stuff, and to spend time between pots and pans. It's one of my favorite things in the world. Also, I like a lot nutrition and healthy eating is something I try to learn about and incorporate in my day. but off course, I am up for a burger or some awesome pizza anytime.
I like movies but I am more of a series kind of person. I don't really like going to the cinema, I prefer a movie at home, in the sofa with home made popcorn. And don't ask me about the names of actors, directors, writers, etc cause I will not know it.
Off course, I also like going out at night just to drink a beer in a nice place and talk, or party hard too.
