Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had a few people crash on my couch and the spare room and have crashed on a few couch's myself over the years, just come back from driving round visiting friends and relations over on the Other Island and didn't have to pay for accommodation and it was actually a better fun break away.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I was a heavy diesel tech for over ten years, worked on allsorts. Returned home and have been fixing farm machinery and have been working with livestock and making livestock feed. I live about 15ks south of Oamaru (steam punk capital of N.Z.!) so if you were keen to stay it would suit more if you are interested in farming, livestock, wildlife, machinery. Unlike most farm guys I like to keep my spot reasonable tidy.
