Welsh country boy exploring the world a little bit at a time.

After working hard for years in the creative industries I realised I was missing something, so I've pushed myself out into the big bad world and looking for my next adventure.

I'm fairly laid back and enjoy exploring the countryside as much as I enjoy getting free wine at awful art exhibitions. I lived in London for four years and already miss the theatre, museums and excellent coffee, but I still long for the hills and natural beauty of my home town in Wales.

Mostly looking for friendly souls who can share their world with me - hopefully I'll be able to repay the favour some day.

It's the best way to meet like minded people from the around the world - plus I think you can never really know a place unless you completely absorb yourself in the culture, which is what couch surfing gives you.

Music - Imogen Heap, Iamamiwhoami, Beiruit, Queen B, Grimes, First Aid Kit, Miike Snow, Marina and the Diamonds, Robyn, Royksopp, and a million other 'cooler' bands that I can't think of right now.

Movies - I hate watching films by myself, but enjoy comedies, beautifully shot short films with awful story lines, sci fi and the occasional mindless action movie.

Books - To Kill a Mockingbird and anything by John Le Carre.
