23 years old, born in the Philippines and moved to the Texas, USA, when I was a teenager. Moved back to the Philippines after my mother's work permit was not renewed. Moved back to the Philippines for University. 4 years later, I'm in Madrid, Spain, teaching English at a primary school. I'm immensely proud of my filipino heritage and incredibly grateful for my luck in being able to move to different cities and countries and meeting great human beings.

My friends say that I'm somebody who's always relaxed and calm even when the plane is departing in 20 minutes and we're still 30 minutes away. Maybe because deep down I think that the world is good and that if we try hard enough, we can get what we want and need

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I like travelling like a local because I love understanding and consuming cultures of different places. Making great friends and amazing memories while travelling and most importantly, taking care of other human beings. I'm honestly thinking about making my own hostel in the Philippines so I'm also interested in knowing more deeply about what travelers want and need in their travel.s
