Probably The Lord of the Rings but there are a lot of films in second place like the wave, interstellar, her ect.
Books wise I would have to say 1984, maybe Interview with the vampire, the Kim Newman's Anno Dracula series and A Song of Ice and Fire.
For music I would say my top song would be Spanish Sahara by the Foals but I listen to almost everything just depending on what comes up on shuffle on my Itunes.

Something the springs to mind would be a self guided trek that I did with a few friends up to Machu Picchu or this trip so far which I've been on for over three years now and has taken me over 4 continents.
