About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Take your time, don't live too fast. Troubles will come, and they will pass".

ABOUT ME

I have lived in many different places, and have no roots at all. Travelling, sharing and learning are things that delighten me. Always opened to new points of view, never embarassed to change my mind upon new evidences.
Trying to find my place in this world; trying to contribute, and to keep my head fed one day after another.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like hosting people here because I can help people have fun and get by in this beautiful city I live. I can meet people from anywhere in the world, make new friends I didn't even know existed. I believe that hosting is one way to travel around the world without leaving home, to learn about a place or a region from the point of view of someone who really lives that reality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was when I host a girl from Tokyo. Only then I started to understand what beeing a couchsurfer means. I also surfed in the US, and had so much fun, got great help from my host; also learnt a lot of things with that experience, things I would have done differently. So far I've hosted over 15 different surfers, from all over the world, each one a different experience and a couple of stories to tell, :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to like mostly the classic 70's rock, but also like some kinds of chill music, reggae, trance music, a bit of popular Brazilian music, and many more that I listen to less often. Nowadays I listen much more to brazilian rythms though. Music delights me and helps me focus, I do most of my daily tasks listening to music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went up to the 102nd floor of the Empire State Bulding. What a stunning feeling. Can't describe it in words, you could see the almost all of the Manhattan island;
The Salar de Uyuni, the salt desert, when it got mirrored by the water, was amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to dance some Brazilian dances, and I love doing it. In my dancing classes there were always many foreigners, so I guess many people like some of our dances.

Also want to learn how to produce music, any inputs are welcome! :)
