About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as much of the world as I possibly can and have absolutely no regrets.

ABOUT ME

****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

Please read this: I can only receive one person at this time, since the space in my office/apartment is somewhat limited. Once my new office is finished being renovated, I will be able to receive 2 or more guests.

Solo puedo recibir a una persona en mi oficina/apartamento en este momento, ya que el espacio es un poco reducido. Una vez que termine la remodelacion de mi nueva oficina, podre recibir 2 o mas personas.

Note: I have started a travel service provider in the city, Alternatur Cuenca, and am planning to also open up a Guest House very soon. You can visit our site for more info about what we offer: www.alternatur-cuenca.com

I need help/advice getting set up, and am looking for interior designers, graphic designers and chefs who would be willing to offer their expertise in exchange for accommodations in a fully furnished apartment in Cuenca for up to 10 days, or more. I will also provide the guest with free travel services that I will be offering through my agency, such as guided tours of the historical center and the surrounding towns. I am also looking for a photographer to teach me a few basic techniques of photography. I have a Nikon 5100 and would love to be able to use it effectively. I am also looking for chefs, preferably vegetarian, so I can develop a menu for the GuestHouse I will be opening up very soon. Anyone interested feel free to send me a message.

After having lived in New York most of my life, I decided to return to my mother's hometown of Cuenca, Ecuador to help develop a few entrepreneurial projects that I have been wanting to establish for a long time. With the help of my family, I would like to be able to host as many visitors as I can, and show them what a great city Cuenca is. I am a superlaid back person, easygoing and very open minded. All guests are welcome.

PHILOSOPHY

Life really is beautiful. Do make the most of it, and just enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I would like to host a few people, allow them to enjoy Cuenca and all that it has to offer. Soon, I plan to travel around South America.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not couchsurfed as of yet, but the idea fascinates me, and I hope to do it in the future.

I hiked for 3 days through the Chapada Diamantina National Park in Bahia, Brazil. One of my highlights so far. Truly a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help anyone trying to learn English, Spanish or Portuguese, as I am fluent in all three. We can have a nice conversation in either language. Also, I enjoy talking about politics. Not arguing, but rather discussing world events. You can learn so much.
