I am a chef starting travelling in July 2013 to stage (work experience basically) in some of the best restaurants in the world. I live for food, and I love rap music, tattoos, street art, fishing and nature in general.
So often you hear people talk about their plans but never act on them, I don't want to be one of those people. Hence this trip!
