ABOUT ME

I love my life. I am interested and passionate about Music, photography, art, arcitecture, books, films, cooking and all expressions of creativity. I would like to think that I am a diverse person who is happy to experience new things and enjoy the company of all. Societies across the world are diverse, intricate and I want to learn how they work by spending time in countries that are different to England and by meeting people from all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have recently joined the CS Project to meet people across South America which I am traveling around for nine months. Hostels are great fun, however to experience the true idenity of a city, town or place you have to meet the people that live there. I want to see a different and elaborate South America not just the Gringo hotspots and I think CS is the answer. Once I return and get settled in England I would be happy for people to stay and return the hospitality which I will hopefully recive on my travels.

Interests

Reading and learning. Listening, Watching and dancing to music. Watching or participating in sports. Politics, Philosophy and History. Architecture, Art and expressions of creativity. Overall, I love to live and am interested in pretty much anything, esspecially if it is a new experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all forms of music which varies dependent on my mood. I prefer indepented and strange fims that make me think. I love classic fiction and admire a good book for its style and individuailty. A recent favourite would be the ´Grapes of Wrath´ by Stienbeck which I found to be beautifully discriptive of a time where many suffered and others exploited. Steinbeck´s personal observations of the time are truthful, different and personal unlike many historical refections. Furthermore, added to this is a wonderful story and depicition of the intricacies of family life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having the freedom to travel across the world is something that many do not have and is something i cherish. It is a privilage i do not want to abuse or take for granted for the rest of my life.
