ABOUT ME

I am optimistic and adventurous kind of guy. I'm pretty laid-back about most things. I love learning about new places and people, by traveling and talking to people. I love listening to live-music, and love playing music even more (I play the drums). I like to hike, play soccer, climb things, and most other playful outdoor activities.

I really like doing the little things that can brighten up someone's day.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe being friendly to strangers is one of the best uses of our energy.

I'm in the process of moving now, but will definitely host people in the fall.

For a year, I led a Scottish-style marching band of about 100 people. It was a lot of fun.

I know a fair bit of esoteric knowledge. I enjoy teaching people, everything from JiuJitsu to spreadsheets. I enjoy teaching people about the mishmash of blended cultures that exist in Canada (and specifically Toronto).

I want to learn about nature and history.
