It's hard to meet locals when traveling as a tourist

I like to go on bicycle rides, taking strolls around places and just exploring, and FOOD! I'm a major foodie ;)
I enjoy cooking food! I can cook a variety of American, Filipino, Japanese, and German dishes :)

My all time favorite films would be... El orfanato and 千と千尋の神隠し

I really like watching TV series, my current favorites are Dark (a German Netflix original), The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Stranger Things, Terrace House (Japanese reality show), 僕だけがいない街...and other ones that I can't remember at the moment :)

Oldies but goodies that I really like and have watched multiple times would be HIMYM, Gilmore Girls, 結婚できない男, and 1リットルの涙

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've never done couchsurfing before, but I've had really nice tandem experiences (with lovely German people) and penpal experiences (with two lovely gals from India and Japan) where I got to learn about other cultures/lifestyles :) I'm hoping that couchsurfing might be a similar experience!
