Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My girlfriend (Emily) and I are currently on a one year trip starting in Russia and ending in Indonesia 12 months later.
We are looking to connect with locals and get to know their cities and towns from their perspective.
We really enjoy getting out of the cities and exploring nature through hiking, cycling or any other means you can show us.

In 2013 I spent two weeks driving a 15hp auto-rickshaw 2,000 miles across India

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are a very easy going couple, just as happy to hit up some local bars as we are relaxing on a sofa for a chat.
We can offer funny stories from our trip so far, bad jokes, good company and a chance to practise your English with two native speakers.
