I am retired real estate appraiser from Southern California. My hobbies are painting and Martial Arts. I collect paintings and have studied mainly Kung Fu, BJJ, and Muay Thai although covid and Dengue have kept me from practicing recently. I have couch surfer books to guide new guests and I can advise on local things. Please do not act like this is a hotel or hostel and be responsible for your own trash, water bottles and plastic waste and cleaning your area and the house generally. If your parents have not taught you to be a responsible adult and to care about the environment, I do not want to have to deal with that. No smoking, no shoes in house and use butt washer and do not throw paper in toilet.
