ABOUT ME

Organized when planning an event or trip, but like to enjoy whatever happens during my travels. Something unexpected is inevitable, so I've learned to go with the flow. In other words - have a plan, but be flexible.
And, if I've learned anything while traveling it is that respect never goes out of style.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything I need to know about life, I learned while traveling. Travel has exposed me to a variety of cultures and people and perspectives. Although I would love to travel for four or five months a year, that is not possible. So when I can't explore the world, I may as well host other people here in beautiful San Francisco.

Interests

When I travel, I love to wander. I can walk down a street one direction and back the other and discover something new. But maybe I'm just looking for a pastry. Or street food. :)-

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Iguazu Falls (cataratas de Iguazu) was spectacular. Grand Canyon is inspirational. And Paris is a big city that is human scale.
When I was eighteen I traveled through Europe for three months with a Eurail pass, a backpack and a youth hostel card. It is then that I was bitten by the 'travel bug'.
