My name is Ricky and I'm currently in Sayulita., Mexico. Originally I'm from California but I move around alot and like to explore other countries. I am here for the summer with my best friend and we decided to open up the couch in our home.

We surf. Skate, float, and generally hang out and are active people. We just want to be able to share the little bit of luxury we have with you. We have a kitchen, a roof top terrace to chill on, a/c because we all know it's super hot in town right now, and a place to wash your clothes.

I've used couch surfing all over and have used it to meet new people and explore new cities with them. My couch is open when I am home for others as well.

I love pretty much ANYTHING. Whether it be trekking through the jungle or exploring the simple street markets, backcountry snowboarding, or trying new food.

For now I would say my most valuable experience has been teaching English in Mexico.

update: Getting hit in the face by the tail of a whale shark while diving in the Caribbean.

Maybe getting snowed in 4 days into a trek in the Himalayas and finding one farmer to take us in.

Noooo, getting attacked in the middle of a jungle by a momma Elephant in Sri Lanka.
