ABOUT ME

I'm a guy with a propensity to over enjoy playing with ideas, get excited about books, good food, and interesting places. I like to cook, listen (and dance my tail off) to good music - largely of the electronic variety, and endlessly talk about ideas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I don't have as much flexibility to travel at the moment, I have found that my roommates are open to CS and have been the willing hosts of several surfers! The couches have seen a wide range surfers from one-night to several months (that was a special case, I don't we'll do that for many other people at the moment).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For a long time I was an avid CS armchair enthusiast for the Project. I told everyone I knew about it, made some friends through it, and didn't travel or host. Now I've finally done it and it is awesome! I love this stuff. The idea of near randomly meeting interesting people was cool enough, now it's actually happened and I'm all the more pumped up for it.

Interests

I love to talk about ideas. I've read way more philosophy, literature, science, and theory than I probably should have, and I love fusing the concepts found in DJing (electronic stuff) with that of working with ideas. Synthesis and construction is the way to go.

Music, Movies, and Books

Crazy ideas, philosophy, and theory. Then I'll read just about anything in front of me. I'm into most movies, but I'd usually rather have a conversation than sit in front of the tube.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I escorted an Armenian military delegation (actual generals) around Walmart. That was interesting.

I can also cook a kick ass fried egg.
