I'm from Shiga prefecture, Japan.
My prefecture is next to Kyoto in Kansai area.

I like to make vegan sweets, mostly raw chocolate.
I've started raw chocolate cafe in historic samurai-village since October 2018.
Samurai lived here long time ago!:D
