ABOUT ME

I live in the heart of Ghent close to the historical part. If I'm not on the move I'm giving cooking and handicraft lessons to children of 6-10 years as a volunteer.I'm mostly involved in preparing a trip or doing handicrafts. I like to go for a ride, walking at the seaside or enjoying the mediaeval houses nearby. Meeting and talking to people gives me an uplift.Whenever I see tourists hanging around I try to initiate a conversation. On trips in Asia I love talking to the locals in order to excercise their English or French.Although I'm not an outgoing person I enjoy a good meal in a restaurant, going to the movies and to the opera for ballet performances.
