ABOUT ME

I am updating this to say I am engaged to a gorgeous girl and we own a house together. So, there is now 2 of me. The rest below is probably still accurate - I can't remember anymore...

I will quote my 2nd grade report card for which I got that one gold star.
Neil is special. His ability to run away, like a screaming girl, from any challenging situation that arises in his life, is like something I have never seen before. He displays an amazing talent on redirecting blame/responsibility towards another individual, normally this individual is someone you would least except. It is as if Neil has this uncanny radar system in detecting these people. I recommend one week on a Thorozine drip with a shot of Valium every once in a while.
I really miss my 2nd grade teacher, and if they find her body, I will be really really impressed.
I am also a outgoing person, and like to meet new people, I like quiet walks on beaches - tried a loud walk on a beach once, throwing sand at my date and singing Toad the Wet Sprocket's - walk on the ocean, in a rather loud, and tone deaf voice - I like quiet walks on the beach, with the occasional washed up jelly fish. I love doing something I have never done before, there is always the exception though, like the time they tried to get me to be the opening act at some dodge stripper joint in down town Johannesburg - lets just say that all the tequilla in the world would have not got me there......dammit I am late for work. My boss has the temper of a peeved clown fish and the breath of a bitpull that just finished going through your neighbours week old garbage - will finish this later......

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem - Seize the Carp!!! To Day-em. We don't know what tomorrow holds, and the only time is now. Live life now. Sing when you are happy - laugh with your friends - there is no tomorrow - if life deals you lemons, don't make lemonade - rather use those lemons to try and kill someone, like stuffing them down your bosses throat. I just have this unexplainable passion for life :P

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am diligently spreading the word and idea of couch surfing to everyone I know. So far I have freaked out every South African I have spoken to. I also try to help people open up to the idea of a better world philosophy - again only freaking them out. So far my crusade has only gained me ridicule and really bad insults - but I will solider on......

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed in Spain - my first time and was amazed that it just worked and had such a smashing time with the guy who hosted. A couple of daze later I tried it again, last minute, in France and again had such a great time with the person who hosted me. I will never turn back.

Interests

I have a sick passion for movies. Lately I find most of my conversations containing more quotes from famous films that original speech, which is fine I suppose, "we all go a little crazy sometimes". I am interested in "anything but ordinary" people. Love hearing about their lives and their theories on George Bush being a key leader in the Illuminati. Don't get me started on the Queen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Um, I did Bunjee Jump off the highest bridge in the world. And yup, its pretty high. I was once pulled over by the flying squad because they either thought I was high or drunk or both - they were really mean but I managed to get out if it. By "get out if it" I mean I started sobbing like an escaped lunatic and promised on Barny's life to never eat bacon again if they would not tell my mom. They did tell my mom - and I am still eating bacon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a pretty wild imaginations which has spawned a talent to tell pretty convincing lies. Sometimes I can't remember if what I am telling people is true or fantasy. I know a lot about computers/linux stuff - well I guess I do, or the big boss would have fired me....unless he thinks I am actually the bus boy - that would explain all those bizarre errands and why he is forever asking me to wear skimpy clothing. On that note I can share with you my life changing and scary stories of why not to enter into the world of I.T. It is only porn and music, which becomes old very quick. Not the porn, the music I mean. I also have an incredible ability to remember useless facts - did you know over 1.6 millions spots were drawn in the sequel to 101 Dolmations. Also the capital of Equador is Quitto.
