ABOUT ME

first of all, I just have to say that I moved in a new appartment a few months ago (2013) and I stayed quite a long time without internet at home. I'm sorry that I did not respond many times to couch surfers's requests...

It is a very difficult exercice for me to give a personal description... Because I feel that I have to think who I am (and I'm still looking for)...but anyway, I'll try : In a few words. I like simple things, nature, photography that I'm trying to improve, mountains, hiking the most that I can, climbing even if i do less than before, share time with friends, cooking good food with natural products but I still have to be better... crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing as I live in the Alps in France. Usually, I like to be on my own, sport usually = be in the nature for me. I like people, all kind because there is always something to learn from everyone. I may be a little be shy the first meeting but I'm trying to work on it ;-) I like debates about politic, and all controversial subject. I always feel like I'm ignorant about evrything so I'm not always confident. I'm definitely affected by proscratination and I usually do everything in the rush...But i try to make it easy.I'm travelling since june in order to improve my english skills but especially in order to live a little bit abroad, meet new people from all over the world and for the amazing experience. Since I left france, I did study english in Boston and then i was a wwoofer (volunteer) in different farms in ontario. I did three farms and it was great experiences. I learnt a lot about everything the last 6 months.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A few years ago, my roomate from Finland introduced me to CS. Then we did host people a few times. As I'm traveling in Canada, I thought that it was a good timing to do it again on my own.Also, when I go back to France, It will be my turn to be a host and I'll be glad to do it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've experienced couchsurfing in Finland once as a surfer a few years ago and I still have a very good memory of it.And recently, I did in Parry sound and it was very nice, I even did canoeing in a lake with ice with my hosts :-)But I'm eager to have more experiences !

I like many things so impossible to answer...Music : mostly french music so 90% of you don't know... in general pop-rock maybe. I like to discoverMovie : Yes I admit that I have a weakness for romance-drama but also many kinds : into the wild, a river runs through it, the illusionist, Night Shyamalan movies, and a lot of french movies.Books : Would like to read more... I usualy buy a lot of book but still have to read it... Szweig is an author I like a lot.

For me this trip is already an amazing thing that I'm doing...so I know that it's not very fun for most of you ! I've seen three moose in Quebec (far but still ! )

I don't feel like I'm a specialits in some area, unfortunately...But I can talk for hours about criminal & prisons issues, like to talk about photography, politic etc.I like to share about my village, my country and my life in general. I love to learn all the time about everything i'm able to understand...
