ABOUT ME

I returned two years ago to the village i was born Bottelare, very close to Ghent, the city i m still in love with but here i find rest and the kids can play in the garden or on the street cause it s so calm here. I like my job but i m happy aswell with all the holidays we have to do complete other things, travel for example, i sometimes guide in Ghent, read, lose time by doing nothing :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I would love to become an old happy, relativating interesting granny so i try to collect knowledge, hapiness, nice people and things around me...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

for the moment i don't do anything yet but i would like to help people find a place to sleep or suggest interesting things in Ghent or around; i use to work as travelagent and in a way i still dream of participating in a not to commercial 'travelworld'

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

NONE but i hope to start the experience in a few weeks in Rome, when i was a student i always shared houses with friends and we gave place to people from everwhere from Scotland to Siberia, i loved it...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

6 weeks travelling in South Africa, Namibie (waw), Botswana and Zimbabwe felt like more so now we are dreaming about a trip for a year when the kids are a little bit older
