ABOUT ME

Rike: I'm a very curious and open-minded person, who loves to laugh and to explore the little things most people won't see. Because of that i love photographing. And i love music and people and nature, like freaky clouds in many shades and the evening light on trees and lakes... Et j'adore nouvelle zeelande. Oh I miss it so much.
Hannes: I'm the 100% opposite of rike... just kidding. i love films and therefore spent a lot of time watching them and wanted to participate in films. as a director, cutter, second boom operator assistent or what ever comes away. i wanted to make my own films, mostly documentaries. but than i figured out that i more likely wanted to become someone who is working with children. so that's what i study now.

PHILOSOPHY

Rike: save the earth! save the different cultures, and first of all the wit of human race!
my dreams are sometimes more exciting than the best film, the most interesting book and real life together. but it's not always like that ;) i'm working on that

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

we're not living at the same place anymore. Rike is near chemnitz, were u could wwoof. hannes is somewhere at berlin. but not in his own flat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Rike: we had three awesome guys who gave us a room for some days. it was great!!!
Hannes: when i was in spain and ireland with a friend and our two bikes, nothing really worked out concerning couchsurfing, but that could have been because of the last minute query.

Interests

Rike: Well, I'm interested in foreign countries, landscapes, people and cultures. I love cycling, strange films and good books, climbing and hiking, moving, singing, dancing, flipping, screaming in the middle of nowhere, drawing, music, artexhibitions, animals, whisteling, nature and my friends . I play the piano since i am 7 and so it's easy for me to pick up other instruments, too. (Best thing are spontaneous kitchen-utensil-music-sessions.)
at the moment i'm doing an ecological agriculture and gardening - education near chemnitz in saxony.
Hannes: so am i. i love beeing the second one to write his comment. everything is already there.
i am really interested in social work and working with children. and as i said, i used to be a filmman. no i'm studiying childrens education.
