ABOUT ME

I want to be more in touch with the real world and the real me simultaneously. Like making and eating chocolate very much. Love animals of all kind. Love life itself. Trying to find the beauty in this moment, the only moment that there ever is. Like to run, jump, pull, stretch, press and lift -- keep myself healthy with exercise. Like to read, listen and discuss, but also to dance and have a good time.

PHILOSOPHY

Reality doesn't have to be a cold, harsh, grey and a cruel one. Instead I'm convinced that it can be pretty much anything if you choose to make it so. It's mostly between our ears, in our head, and too often we choose to lock ourselves into that one bleak reality and become trapped in it. I'm not saying that life needs to be, or can be, all fun and brightness, there are ups and downs in this ride, like the great late Bill Hicks said almost twenty years ago, but you can sure do your best to make it as good as you can.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I can teach how to make raw chocolate or delicious green smoothies, all kinds of raw foods, vegan and vegetarian. I know the best places to get organic and/or raw foods and foodstuffs in Tampere.
Also I can teach how to train with kettlebells, haha.
