Hello, I'm Rimpy and I currently resides in The Hague, The Netherlands. I grew up in Northern India (Himalaya mountain region), Qatar, Italy and The Netherlands. I graduated in August 2012 following Chemical Engineering. Since then I am working as a full-time chemical process engineer in Oil & Gas Sector. I really love travelling, exploring new places and photography. I am also quite active with fitness activities such as gym/cross-fit/yoga. Cooking is one of my favorite hobby among many others. I really enjoy cooking, always like to do new experiment with food and always up to cook new dishes for my lovely friends.
Australia is my dream land and I would just love to run there if I ever get any good opportunity.

Because I believe it is nice to meet new people and share knowledge about great cultures and their homelands. Culture is a strong part of people's lives. It influences their views, their values, their humor, their hopes, their loyalties, and their worries and fears. It is another way of learning new things from each other. I believe that this can be only learned by putting ourselves in situations where we will meet people from other cultures & lands.

Zainteresowania

- Photography (Just recently I have discovered that I am showing more interest in photography. Bought a new canon DSLR camera :-) and currently learning to master the combination of ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed and Depth of Field)
- Cooking (I really love cooking. what I really like is to cook for others. I am good at making butter chicken, lemon chicken, chicken with yogurt, chilli chicken etc.) It is not all about chicken ;-) I also love to cook different vegetables with Northern Indian style. Ladyfinger is my favorite vegetable.
- Travelling (I watched the documentary called "Varanasi-BEYOND INDIA from Cale Glendening. After watching it, I realized how much I have missed India. After that right away in December 2016 together with my Austrian friend, I have made a 3500 km road trip from North of India to Jaiselmer, Thar Desert (central west India). My next road trip is already planned together with my Austrian friends and this is again to India to The Great Himalayas. This is a motor bike trip and we are going to Leh and Ladakh in Himalayas. We will be riding at almost 20,000 feet above sea level and this is the highest motorable road in the World.
- Sharing knowledge (I am always interested to learn about others and to share the beneficial knowledge. I like intellectual discussion/conversations)
- Fitness - Love to stay fit thus I am very regular with gym/fitness/crossfit/yoga

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Music - I really enjoy listening to Sufi music. The instruments used in it like Tabla, Harmonium, Sarangi can take you to another world.
Books - I'm currently busy reading Malcolm X.
Movies - The Shawshank Redemption, Goodfellas, A Bronx Tale, Once upon time in America, and few more.
