About Me

Hello, my name is Rina Matsuda, from Japan. I am currently a student, majoring in Urban and Regional Studies in Minnesota State University, Mankato.

I have a tremendous amount of hunger for learning experiences abroad! I do not see myself as a world traveler, but I love to visit world to learn things that are very meaningful, like my 2 months volunteer journey to Norway to get experiences in organic farming.

I am from Osaka, one of the biggest cities in Japan, but I love nature-centered lifestyles more than busy, city lifestyles. Whenever I have time, I would love to spend time in nature.

I am very respectful, responsible, and easy to be around :)
I am always grateful for all the experiences I have had.
More importantly, I am thankful for simply being alive today.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Counchsurfing to meet local people and spend time with them at a deeper level while traveling and to learn many aspects of each country I visit without concerns of limitations on budgets.
