ABOUT ME

I had the chance while traveling to be host by many people in many countries. Each experience was for sure unique and so precious.

I am right now in a more stable and sedentary life stage,, it's my turn to host!
Begining of 2015, I decided to follow my heart and join my boyfriend in the South of France. I found a new job in a regional NGO. We are oragnizing holidays trip for people with mental deseases, strong experiences every day! I'm logistical manager and take care of 2000 vacationers per year.

And I spend much energy trying to keep this magic connection with the present moment and with myself ..much easier while traveling than in this crazily fast Western way of life...

J'ai eu la chance lors de mes voyages d'être accueillies par tant de personnalités différentes. Toutes ces portes ouvertes à travers le monde.

Je suis à présent dans une phase de vie plus stable et surtout plus sédentaire. L'heure est venue de recevoir. Début 2015, j'ai écouté un élan du coeur et ai rejoins mon cher et tendre dans le Sud de la France. J'ai trouvé un nouveau taff pour une asso. On organise des vacances adaptées pour adultes et enfants en situation de handicap mental. C'est intense au quotidien! Phase d'installation, de construction de réseaux et d'amitiés..

Et beaucoup d'attention au quotidien pour rester connectée au présent et à soi-même. Plus facile dans la légèreté du voyage que dans la vie active à l'occidentale...

PHILOSOPHY

don't loose energy to refuse the situation. The present IS, enjoy it consciously, it is the only door to hapiness.

ne pas s'épuiser dans le refus de ce qui est. Le moment présent est la seule porte au bonheur.

with heart...as guest, trying to understand and respect the way of living of my host and trying to bring a fresh intercultural touch at the same time...

with heart...as host, trying to make you feel at home...

with heart...as ambassador, advicing this network to all the people I feel able to keep their door open...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I can now write that I met coachsurfers from all the part of the world. I had so many generous host while traveling.

Interests

First of all, I'm working in the kind of project where you're obliged to engage your heart, where your work is linked to your personal engagement. I want to contribute to the "together well living".
And after this...

some personal moments...writing, long walk with dance, meditation, tea drinking, fire juggling and stones jumping along the see or on the top of mountains, trying to have my motorbike licence for the next trip, learning dowsing...and a personal inner research, following (as I can) the teaching of Arnaud Desjardins and Swami Prajnanpad.

and some other in community...handball playing (my outlet!),concert, festival in the public or in the staff, different roles in NGO run with friends, definitely traveling and being!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

after 5 minutes..nothing amazing came in my mind..in fact I find all my life amazing..and jut being alive...with this magic body and this ability to think!
