I'm originally from Rio, but I’ve lived in the U.S. for a long time. I love meeting new people from different countries, and learning about their culture. I met CS hosts in 2009 in Porto, Portugal, and my trip was unforgettable because they took me to local spots that I would not have known about as a tourist and everyone was so positive, friendly, open minded, intelligent and interesting. The things I love the most about traveling is that you meet the most random people and sometimes become life long friends. You instantly click, I believe its the energy of wanting to explore the world and that energy comes together to create a wonderful experience. I want to get more involved in this community as well as host. I have always been a helpful host for the places I lived because I have moved around a lot, so I know what it's like to be in a new to a city and feel lost.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Carnaval in Rio - endless goosebumps - it’s the most amazing experience! You have not lived if you haven't experienced the pulsating drum beats from the Sambadromo! Also the World Cup in Russia was unforgettable. As was white water kayaking in Bovec, Slovenia, beautiful pristine clear water and waterfalls in the Triglav National Park.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Teach: I can teach you English, Portuguese and Spanish. I taught English in Rio for a few years to groups of adults and children. I make the best caipirinhas!

Learn: I draw, paint, play piano and sing, so I want to continue learning all of that. I’m trying to find courses while traveling. I want to learn how to dj.

Share: I always say “sharing is caring”! I can share travel tips to everywhere I’ve been. I also want to share good times, music, and laughter.

Travel tips and good times :) I've lived in Austin for many years and know the city very well. Austin is known for the world capital of live music and I'm a huge live music fan so I know where to take you depending on what genre you like. Also I love the outdoors, so we can hike to waterfalls, kayaying, Stand up paddle, boating on the lake, etc.
